Tobias Röddiger is a passionate individual who has participated in over 25 Hackathons globally and is eagerly anticipating his next challenge. With a strong inclination towards building things, he brings a wealth of experience in technology and innovation. Tobias has a diverse educational background, including pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and studying as a visiting researcher at Lancaster University. Moreover, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT) and received a general higher education entrance qualification from Werner-Heisenberg-Gymnasium Weinheim.

Professionally, Tobias Röddiger has been involved in various prestigious roles. Currently a PhD Candidate at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), he is dedicated to advancing his knowledge and expertise in the field. He has previously served as a Research Assistant at KIT, gaining valuable insights and contributing to academic research. Furthermore, Tobias has interned as a Software Engineer at Microsoft, a renowned technology company, where he honed his skills and understanding of industry practices. Notably, he has also been a Xamarin Student Partner at Karlsruher Institute of Technology, showcasing his involvement in technology-focused initiatives.

In addition to his academic and professional pursuits, Tobias Röddiger has been actively engaged in various organizations. He is the founder of enCourage Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt), demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit and leadership capabilities. Prior to this, he worked as a Student Employee at Roche, showcasing his versatility and ability to thrive in different work environments.
