With a rich educational background, Tobi Rydlewicz studied at institutions like Athénée Ganenou and Bogaerts International School in Brussels, Belgium, and further pursued Applied Sciences & Engineering, specializing in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, and Management Sciences at the University of Toronto, while also engaging in an exchange semester at Lund University.

Tobi Rydlewicz's professional experience includes holding roles such as Senior Growth Product Analyst and former Data Analyst, Product & Growth at Valence, prior to which he served as the Revenue Operations and Growth Lead at ThermoPass+, a startup powered by Oxillon.

Before his tenure at ThermoPass+, Tobi worked as a Product Manager at Emerson, a Teaching Assistant at the University of Toronto, and held positions involving data analysis, reporting, and process engineering at organizations like the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO), Teknion, and HRA Group.
