Tobey Dichter

Tobey Dichter is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse educational background. She pursued her passion for music at the Philadelphia High School for Girls and later delved into organizational development and educational psychology with an M.Ed. from Temple University. Additionally, she obtained a B.S. in journalism from Temple University, graduating cum laude.

With a rich history of involvement in various organizations, Tobey Dichter currently holds the position of CEO at Generations on Line. Her previous roles include serving as the Former Chair of the Foundation Board and Trustee at the Free Library of Philadelphia, showcasing her commitment to community service. Furthermore, she has also contributed her expertise as the former Vice President of Communication and Public Affairs at SmithKline Beecham Healthcare Services.
