T.J. Sullivan is a dynamic and innovative leader with a background in top management positions within competitive environments, excelling in building and leading successful teams for startups and new markets.

Drawing on his experience as the CEO and Founder of CAMPUSPEAK, T.J. has honed his expertise in business operations, marketing, employee recruitment and training, and sales strategies for organizations of all sizes.

T.J. has made significant contributions to various private companies, NPOs, and associations by optimizing sales, business development, and marketing strategies, as well as generating incremental revenues.

With a career spanning nearly three decades in inspiring college student leaders, T.J. transitioned to the role of Executive Director at the Superior Chamber of Commerce in January 2019.

Educationally, he studied at Indiana University and has held key positions like Vice President and Chief Executive Officer at Campuspeak, Inc., Owner at Oth Consultants, Director of Communications at The Bacchus Initiatives of NASPA, and Director at Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity.
