AWS re:Play is the closing party celebrating the end of Amazon Web
Services re:Invent conference in Las Vegas. The event was designed for
30,000 guests, featuring 4 structures and a Courtyard filled with music,
installations, and over-the-top activities. As a Producer, I oversaw the
Laser Dome, a 175-foot inflatable seamless dome that contained an
immersive laser show installation, scored to a custom soundtrack, and
featured over 40 different laser fixtures.

Devcon, when you boil it down, is a yearly family reunion for the
Ethereum Foundation. The event is built to educate and empower their
community to build decentralized applications in an effort to showcase
Ethereum's protocols, tools, and culture. As one of the producers of the
event it was my job to endure the event ran smoothly and on time.

The Google for Education ISTE installation was built to showcase all of the
Google tools for education. The interactive design has more of a sandbox
feel from previous Google events allowing the team to push the
education concept much farther. As the Digital Producer for the show, it
was my responsibility to ensure all of the interactive and digital elements
got the point across.

After a successful Google Assistant showcase at CES in 2018, Google
stepped it up even more for SXSW. The Google Assistant Fun House at
SXSW was a complete takeover of a landmark Victorian home in East
Austin. With 12 rooms of activations to demonstrate how the Google
Assistant works there was a lot of moving parts onsite. As Technology
Producer it was my role to ensure all of the demonstrations were
installed on-time and functioning as expected.

decision management roles. As an Associate Producer, I oversaw more
than 80 breakout sessions as well as the Solutions Center (Expo Hall).

Google Next is a conference for Google Cloud developers, partners,
customers, and IT professionals. The goal of Google Next is for
participants to learn, get inspired, and experience the tools, technologies,
and services first hand that Google Cloud is building for the next-generation
enterprise. With over 30,000 attendees, and hundreds of
breakout sessions. Its imperative things run on time and that sessions
and demos run as smoothly as possible.

Acura made a big splash bringing back the 2017 NSX. With a limited
number of cars and a lot of press wanting to get behind the wheel, we
executed small group track events around the US bringing press in to not
only drive the car both on and off the track but for a series of technical
presentations of the new technology.

Hakkasan wanted to do something different for NYE 2016. We worked
with them to do just that. Working with the Hakkasan Lighting, Audio
and Dance teams we built and choreographed a show that used 5
custom LED light suits that were wirelessly tied to the audio. Ensuring
that when midnight hit, everything was timed to perfection.

With an all new 7 series and a focus on customer experience, a high
touch, dealer training was a must. During the 3 month tour, we visited 4
major metro areas and saw 200 participants per day. We used 200
iPhones, 200 iPads and more than 90 cars during the course of this 1.5-
day training. Attention to detail was a must when dealing with this many
moving parts.

Informatica SKO is a high-impact networking, enablement and business
development event designed to help maximize Informatica investment
and generate increased sales opportunities. As a breakout producer, I
help ensure that over 130 sessions stay on schedule and are fully
functional from an A/V perspective.

Skullcandy does CES big. Bringing more than 60 executives and
employees, travel logistics can make or break CES for Skullcandy. With
CES spread all over Las Vegas and traffic at its worst, being organized and
being able to adapt is key. We manage over 200 scheduled pickups and
50 last minute requests over the course of 4 days.

Informatica World is an event where attendees from all over the world
come to discover innovative ways that data integration technology can
help spot trends and patterns, streamline operations and boost revenue
from existing customers. As a media producer, I track, archive and
organize media from over 100 breakout and general sessions. For
Informatica, I work with Staff and the Social media team to get assets
distributed, backed up, and archived in a timely manner.

In partnership with YouTube Music, Say OK and, Sparks, we hosted a 3-
day artist and industry event to celebrate and invest in the artists'
success. While overseeing the project from a technology standpoint, we
built a space to promote YouTube Music's newly launched app through
an interactive data visualization display. The event also hosted 18 live
performances as well as live broadcasts from Sirius XM Radio.

Serve as the main point of contact for all things development, including the
festival website and mobile app.

Consult with vendors on overall festival technology needs, including but not
limited to video broadcasts, festival WiFi, enhanced cellular support, and
festival staff communication.

Manage a $2 million annual budget as Director of IT & Facilities

Project lead for an internal initiative tasked with redesigning the traditional
call center.

Led the integration of Twilio into an existing, custom CMS system, which
enabled agents to better track and handle the growing call volume.

University, a custom learning platform designed to blend
social media education and entertainment.

Launched dR Tech, a new division of the company that focused on web and
technology consulting.

Oversaw the IT Help Desk, ensuring over 1,000 employees’  issues were resolved as quickly as possible. 

Promoted to Technician after eight months as an IT Specialist. 

Led a company-wide video conferencing initiative by installing eight HD video conferencing units. The initiative resulted in savings of over $140,000 in travel expenses in the first two quarters after installation. 

Managed conference room A/V equipment and upgrades for 23 conference rooms, including a $250,000 upgrade to A/V equipment in the company’s employee learning center.  

Designated go-to person for technical and A/V support for all high-level client meetings and new business pitches. 

Developed a weekly “Because You Need to Know” workshop for employees, demonstrating how new technologies and social media tools can impact clients.
