Tita Pena

Tita Pena is a dedicated professional with a background in Chemistry. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to this, she also received education at The Hockaday School.

Throughout her career, Tita has gained valuable experience in various organizations. She has served as an Epidemiology Intern at Baylor Scott & White Health, Spanish Application Coordinator at Student Health Action Coalition, and Intern in the Department of Neglected Tropical Diseases at the World Health Organization. Moreover, she has worked as a Student Ambassador in the Emergency Department of Duke Regional Hospital, Intern at the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute at the National Institutes of Health, and Clinic Interpreter at Student Health Action Coalition (SHAC). Tita has also served as a Certified Application Counselor and Co-Chair at Speakers at Carolina.
