Tisha Vaidya

Tisha Vaidya is a co-founder and principal at Elizabeth Property Group (EPG), a real estate firm based in Dallas, Texas. In her role, she has been instrumental in overseeing acquisitions, development, and capital markets. Prior to founding EPG, Tisha served as the Director of Acquisitions, Development, and Capital Markets at Presidium, where she managed the development pipeline and capital sourcing for various projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Tisha's career began at Starwood Capital, focusing on multifamily and hospitality sectors, and she later worked at Vornado Realty Trust, concentrating on office and retail acquisitions across major cities like New York, Washington D.C., and San Francisco. Throughout her career, she has successfully executed transactions exceeding $3.5 billion in value.

She holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BBA from Emory University, specializing in Finance and Real Estate.
