Tino currently holds dual roles as the Chief Strategy Officer at Relevantz, a software development company, and as the President and Managing Partner at Retained, a retained search practice under Tier4 Group. His expertise lies in areas such as strategic planning, business development, talent development, board governance, fundraising, networking, and purpose-driven leadership. Tino holds a Master's degree in Physical Education Administration from Temple University.
