Serve as the official SACSCOC Liaison and provide leadership in the areas of Accreditation, Strategic Planning, Research, and Institutional Effectiveness to ensure that the college accreditation requirements, including compliance and substantive changes with accrediting standards, are considered not only during the 5 and 10 year review process, but incorporated into an ongoing institutional operations and procedure and into the strategic planning and evaluation processes of the College.

SACSCOC Accreditation Liasion/Director of Strategic Planning, Effectiveness, and Accreditation

Provides leadership of institutional research and analysis activities of the college in support of initiatives and activities related to institutional effectiveness, strategic planning, external reporting, and accreditation. Assist the College’s administration, faculty, and staff in designing and implementing a plan to assess institutional effectiveness. Provide longitudinal data collection and analysis, maintain historical files of statistical information, prepare an annual institutional fact book both in print and online, develop and implement a calendar of periodic reports to the administration and others, as appropriate, prepare regular reports on enrollment, retention, class sizes, teaching loads, cost analyses, etc., as requested, assist the College personnel in the collection and analysis of assessment data related to student learning and development.

Utilized MS SQL Server, along with other database software, to maintain, modify, and update the data warehouse while utilizing Microsoft Reporting Services, SPSS, or other appropriatereporting software, to generate reports from a variety of data sources, including, but not limited to MS SQL Server 2000, MS Access, and flat data files.Extensive experience in the design, development, and implementation of surveys in Higher Educating as they related to institutional effectiveness.Expert user of various software programs including Microsoft SQL, Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher.  Other programs include Macromedia Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, SPSS statistical software, Remark and Inquisite Survey Software.
