Having held leadership positions at Novartis, Tina has led multiple successful global launches, managed portfolio lifecycle strategies, and pioneered industry-first patent-protected launches.

Her focus on challenging traditional business models through innovation in digital, technology, partnerships, and operating structures has led to the establishment of high-performing commercial teams spanning three continents.

With a background in Organizational Leadership and Finance from Harvard Business School, as well as a degree in Pharmacology from The University of Manchester, Tina combines business acumen with pharmaceutical expertise.
