Timur Sharifyanov is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in solutions for business. Sharifyanov has a Master of Arts (M.A.) in strategic management from Bashkir Academy of Public Administration and Management, as well as experience in finance, marketing, quality control, and information support by working with telecommunications corporations and oil refineries.

Sharifyanov started his career as a trainee at PRO TEMPRE INTERNATIONAL CONSULTANTS GMBH, working his way from Head of Law & information support department at Bashneft-inform, Director of Quality at Ufanet, to Area Manager at Beeline Russia. He served as Commercial Director at Bashcell, Macroregional Technical Director at Tele2, Director of the Macroregional Technical Department at SpecRadioServis, Macroregional Technical Director at TELE2 Russia, and Area Director at Crimea Telecom.

In addition to Sharifyanov's career background, he has a technical education from Ufa State Aviation Technical University, with a degree in Engineer's degree, Computers, complexes, systems, and networks as well as mastering economics with a degree of economist-mathematician focusing on mathematical methods in economics at the same university.
