Timothy Kline, MBA, PMP, is currently the Go to Market (GTM) Strategy and Operations Manager at BigCommerce, a position he has held since March 2023. Based in Austin, Texas, he has a robust background in operations management and process improvement, having previously served as a Revenue Operations Manager at BigCommerce. In this role, he successfully led projects that enhanced operational efficiency, including a significant reduction in operational expenses and improvements in customer support processes.1
