The D&B Analytical Consulting & Sales Support Team serves as a crucial link between the D&B Sales force and the many analytic, data, and scoring solutions that we develop and offer. Through our standard risk and marketing scores, custom modeling engagements, customer data exploration, analytics, and consulting & best practices services, we deliver the key insight companies need to stay ahead, and support all Sales Channels in the sale of our analytic solutions. 

This consulting position plays a key support role in building and expanding customer relationships, and interacting with Sales colleagues. This position helps to solve client challenges and strategies, and provides data and analytic support to our customers and D&B constituents. D&B Analytic Consultants exhibit experience across the solutions we offer, as well as working knowledge in targeted industries (including Manufacturing, Retail, Financial Services, Transportation, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, etc.).
•	Responsible for fully automating a leading Retailer’s Marketplace Vendor Risk Management Function to enable revenue growth associated with this eCommerce Market to compete with the World’s largest online marketplace vendor and comply with Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
•	Created and managed the first D&B Analytics Studio sandbox environment “Datathon” Event to Siemens, a leading, diverse global manufacturer with ~ 180 Customer business and data science users and leaders from around the world. This product is a best practice and standard for marketing D&B data/analytics and has allowed this global manufacturer to solve for a multitude of challenges in sales, marketing, purchasing and credit operations.

Focused on Direct (Tier 1) Vendor Risk, sub tier (Supply Chain) visibility/risk as well as custom modeling and analytics in the Supply and Compliance space.  I am focused in the Manufacturing Vertical to help my Customers pro-actively detect and monitor Supply Chain risk that includes business health, socio-political, sub-tier, reputational and compliance risk as well as to help mitigate those risks.  We have found through our enhanced analytic capabilities and data that we can project Quality, Delivery and other performance issues before they occur to afford a jump start on the competition.
•	Created and named D&B’s Human Trafficking Risk Index (HTRI) Solution to detect and monitor suspected supply chain entities to address corruption and demonstrate defensible controls and avoid regulatory fines for global leading manufacturers. This offers a 3rd party, risk-based approach to detection and monitoring for Human Trafficking and Forced Labor to comply with the Federal Acquisition Requirement (FAR) and California Transparency Act. 
•	Lead D&B SME for supply chain disruption, global vendor sourcing, supply risk mitigation, compliance and spend analytics for customer and vendor regulatory performance issues globally.
•	Overhauled Purchasing Finance Risk Rating for Leading US Automotive OEM that predicts the likelihood of business failure that has helped this OEM avoid production shutdowns at a cost of $1.8MM/hour since its inception.
•	Key member of team to develop, test, productize and market D&B’s Tier N Supply Chain Risk solution supporting global manufacturers in Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Retail, Oil & Gas, Aerospace & Defense industries. Drove product evolution to predict and monitor catastrophic quality and vendor performance issues as well as comply with numerous global regulatory requirements including EU Anti-Money Laundering Directives (AMLD), Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and US Patriot Act.

Senior Consultant Supply & Compliance

Global Account Manager for D&B's Aerospace and Defense Vertical in the Strategic Customer segment.
•	Championed first ever Supply Chain Management Solution with leading Aerospace/Defense Contractor to gain visibility into sub-tier suppliers and assess potential financial, operational, quality and performance risk critical in meeting governmental regulatory and compliance requirements including FCPA, FAR, and US Patriot Act.
•	Formulated, tested and proved hypothesis that financial instability in sub-tier supply chains impact Tier 1 vendor performance. This was accomplished through advanced modeling techniques including exploratory data analysis and random forest modeling, which became the foundation for D&B’s vendor performance predictive modeling approach and resulted in new revenue streams with D&B’s manufacturing, consumer goods and retail customers.

Global Relationship Manager – Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing 

•	Uncovered inefficiencies in the Credit Policy for a leading office products provider resulting in losses in revenue and credit losses. Recommended a solution including data, cloud tools, analytics and ongoing consulting resulting in an increasing from 10% manual reviews annually to 95% automated credit reviews weekly as well as a 20%+ improvement in Bad Debt Write-off and 3% increase in Revenue as a result of more appropriate, risk-based credit limits. The new process is still in use today and automates all new and existing customer risk reviews which updates corresponding credit limits, ensuring compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
•	Sold and implemented “Instant Credit Button” with CDW (worlds largest Technology Distributor for automated risk review and credit limit assignments on all orders).  Since going live with their “Instant Credit” button, more than 70,000 customers have been evaluated, with more than $1.4 billion in immediate credit limits approved. 
•	The “Instant Credit Button” for CDW has generated over $200 million in sales to customers who were approved through the Instant Credit process.” 
•	Sold, Implemented and managed $845k Portfolio Risk Manager reporting module, largest ever at D&B that is used to evaluate credit risk, establish bad debt reserves and comply with GAAP Standards for Allowance for Doubtful Accounts.
