Timothy Hughes is the lead Intellectual Property counsel for Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control Business Area, with a background in law and military service.

Prior to his role at Lockheed Martin, Tim practiced law in Orlando, Florida, focusing on complex civil litigation and intellectual property law.

With twenty-eight years of service, Tim has a rich military background, having spent thirteen years on active duty and fifteen years as a reservist in the U.S. Air Force, culminating as the Staff Judge Advocate for the 920th Rescue Wing at Patrick AFB, FL.

He holds a Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with cum laude honors from Grove City College.
