Timothy attended Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, where he pursued his MBA in Business, and William & Mary, where he studied BBA in Accounting.
Throughout his career, he has held key positions such as Commissioner at the Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Chief Financial Officer and Associate Administrator for Performance Management at the U.S. Small Business Administration, Deputy CFO at the U.S. Small Business Administration, and Director of Performance Management at the U.S. Small Business Administration.
He also has previous experience as the Manager of Business Development at the United States Postal Service and as a Director at RAF Technology.
