Timothy Bunting is a seasoned multi-disciplinary attorney and contracting officer with over 12 years of experience in government agencies specializing in the development and maintenance of naval aircraft and weapon systems.

During his career, Timothy has provided expert advice on government contracting to high-ranking officials such as U.S. flag officers, Senior Executive Service (SES) members, Program Managers, and Contracting Officers, covering various aspects such as government and commercial contracts, disputes, intellectual property, ethics, and acquisition planning.

He is recognized as a subject matter expert in technical data and computer software rights, data rights clauses, and negotiation of data rights licensing agreements. Timothy also has a strong background in conducting competitive source selections for a range of development projects and services.
