He studied Communications at Boston College, where he undoubtedly sharpened his communication skills. Later, he rounded out his business acumen by attending Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, where he received a degree in NFL Business Management and Entrepreneurial Program.

Mr. Bulman is a former NFL player who has also established himself as a savvy investor and entrepreneur. He was an Investment Advisor at Cambridge Capital Advisors, where he no doubt honed his financial skills. Additionally, he co-founded both District Real Estate Advisors and Incremental Development, where he serves as a principal.

Mr. Bulman's experience as a professional athlete has undoubtedly contributed to his success off the field. He played for the Houston Texans and the Arizona Cardinals Football Club.
