Timothy Ahrens, PMP

Timothy Ahrens is a renewable energy project developer with vast experiences in the field. He studied at Maine-Endwell High School before graduating with a BS in Environmental Science from Wilkes University. He has since gone on to become Managing Director of Renewable Energy Development at CleanChoice Energy, where he develops and delivers utility and community-scale projects. Prior to joining CleanChoice Energy, he worked as Senior Development Manager at ForeFront Power and SunEdison, respectively. He is also a founder, consultant, and project manager at ahREns advisors, LLC, where he provides consulting services and manages multiple projects. His previous professional experiences include roles such as Project Manager, Development - Wind & Solar Technology at Atlantic Power Corporation, Assistant Director Account Management - Senior Project Manager - New Client Acquisition at AWS Truewind, LLC, Sr. Project Manager, Environmental Remediation at AMEC Earth & Environmental, and Environmental Scientist - Project Manager - Environmental Remediation at IT Corporation.
