Timofey Golovin is a seasoned professional who has been actively involved in developing innovation ecosystems since 2014.

One of his significant accomplishments includes the successful launch and development of an international acceleration program for early-stage startups, where he managed five main batches and invested in startups alongside various smaller programs.

Timofey has extensive experience in setting up open innovation programs, ranging from methodology design to successful implementation, including organizing bootcamps, hackathons, and internal/external accelerators for reputable clients such as Accor, Leroy Merlin, RN Bank, Delta Credit, and others.

He has also collaborated with top universities to establish educational, incubation, and startup-as-diploma programs, fostering connections with venture capitalists, corporates, and existing startups.

In the realm of startup culture development, Timofey has orchestrated various programs, from short summer courses to master's degree initiatives.

He is the creator of an applied creativity algorithm utilized for launching experimental programs like Girls4Tech, WineWay Lab, and Artigit'l, with his current focus on the MyRoboteam project dedicated to early-stage startups in Eastern Europe.
