Tim Trier

Tim Trier is a licensed financial professional and professional leader with a passion for helping individuals, families, and small businesses achieve their financial goals. He has a diverse background in leadership development, education, and service, with a focus on effective communication, effective team management, and organizational improvement. Tim holds a Master of Divinity specializing in Pastoral Counseling from Wesley Biblical Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from the University of Phoenix.

He has worked as a Financial Associate and Regional Development Leader at Thrivent, a National Media Consultant at Outreach, Inc., a Lead Pastor, a Pastoral Resident, and an Interim Pastor at various churches, and as a Director of Development at Empowering Lives International. Tim has also worked as an Account Executive and Global Account Manager at Avaya and has served as Missions Ethiopia at FMWM and Director Ethiopia FMWM at Eden Reforestation Projects.

With over 25 years of experience in various fields, Tim has developed skills as an effective listener and communicator, an excellent team leader, and a compassionate individual with a heart for serving others. He supports diversity and inclusion, is transparent and takes risks in his work to deliver results. Tim is also an Ironman 70.3 finisher, Spartan Trifecta finisher, skier, hiker, and dog owner.
