Tim Steckbeck

Tim Steckbeck is the President of BlueStar Resort & Golf, where he oversees all aspects of the resort's operations, including programming, spa, fitness, food and beverage services, and golf. He plays a crucial role in establishing the strategic direction for the company and managing its various teams.12

Steckbeck has a robust background in hospitality management, holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Hospitality Management from the University of Denver and a degree in International Studies from the University of Pittsburgh. His career spans several prestigious hotels and resorts, including roles as General Manager at The Phoenician Resort and The Westin Kuala Lumpur, where he was responsible for day-to-day operations and guest satisfaction.3

He has been instrumental in the development of BlueStar, which he helped create in 2005, and has extensive experience in team building, strategic planning, and enhancing guest services. His international experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of diverse cultures, further enriching his approach to hospitality management.2
