Tim's journey started with a simple desire to protect his family, which led to the founding of Delta Defense in 2003 with Tonnie Schmidt.

Together, they created a self-defense magazine that evolved into a national association offering education, training, and legal protection to its members.

With a background in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, Tim emphasizes the importance of hard work, planning, and execution in achieving success.

He is passionate about inspiring fellow entrepreneurs to pursue their dreams and find balance in their lives.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys boxing, running, reading, shooting, and riding motorcycles.
