Tim Riedel is a dedicated professional with a background in HR Training and Consultancy, specializing in Skills Assessment, Intercultural Learning, and Organizational Development.

Having served as the Managing Director of a boutique consultancy, Tim transitioned in April 2020 to founding the NGO planetgroups, focusing on environmental conservation and sustainability.

His mission is to drive positive change by enabling employees to take action and make their companies 'planet positive'.

Tim's approach to his work is characterized by being target-oriented, meaningful, and mindful, emphasizing open-hearted communication and the exploration of full potential through genuine dialogue.

He believes in the importance of awareness and its impact on achieving quality results, quoting Otto Scharmer: 'It’s the quality of our awareness which determines the quality of our results.'

Tim Riedel's educational background includes studying Systemic Coaching, Political Sciences, HR Management, and Law at reputable institutions like GST Berlin and Freie Universitaet Berlin in Germany.

He has been involved in various organizations including his current role as the Founder of planetgroups, as well as holding positions such as Senior Consultant & Trainer at interpool HR, and Managing Director at Asia-Pacific Forum Berlin.
