Tim Prijn is a dedicated individual with a strong commitment to project goals and a human-centric approach to software engineering. He excels at identifying obstacles, process improvements, and optimizing cross-team and project activities.

His experience includes leading large projects involving multiple teams, coordinating the transition from waterfall to Agile methodologies, and taking on various roles from developer to scrum master to chief engineer, focusing on delivering continuous value.

With a background in Master's degree in Software Engineering from the University of Amsterdam and an Ing degree in Software Engineering from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN), Tim has a solid educational foundation.

He has held key positions at organizations like Mindloops as a Co-Founder, Translink Systems as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master, NS Reizigers as Lead Engineer, Process Engineer, and Lead Developer, and also worked at Prorail en NS Reizigers at NSR and Info Support as Competence Center Lead Java.
