Tim O'Neill

Tim O'Neill, former Managing Director at Accenture Interactive, is a Co-founder and CEO of Summon, an innovative digital solutions provider. An accomplished entrepreneur with a reputation for building successful businesses, Tim has over 20 years of experience in digital design, strategic consulting, and business development. Before founding Summon, he co-founded Reactive, one of Australia's largest digital agencies, which grew to 150+ staff across offices in Melbourne, Sydney, New York, London, and Auckland. After its acquisition by Accenture Interactive in 2015, Tim helped to integrate Reactive into Accenture Interactive while playing a critical role in growing the business to more than 400 employees.

Tim has a degree in Computer Graphic Design from Wanganui School of Design and a strong interest in future technology, automotive trends, skiing, and mountain biking. He has served on the Advisory Board of the World Brand Congress and as National President of AIMIA, The Digital Industry Association of Australia. Tim has also acted as a Mentor for Founder Institute, an entrepreneur mentoring organization in Australia and New Zealand.
