Tim McMichael, PMP
Tim McMichael is a certified project manager and IT leader with years of experience leading large-scale, mission-critical projects. He holds a bachelor's degree in history from Old Dominion University. Tim's passion lies in delivering solutions that increase customer satisfaction and business productivity. He is an innovative thinker and is comfortable in rapidly analyzing situations and identifying solutions. Tim is an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills, enabling him to present technology concepts in a user-friendly language.
Tim has worked in various organizations throughout his career. He is the Management Consultant/Owner of Shearwater Networks and has previously worked at Holland Hospital, Amway, JSJ Corporation, Spectrum Health, IT Resource, Inc., Booz Allen Hamilton, and DigitalNet. His professional experience includes director of network operations, senior network engineer, assistant network manager, and petty officer first class/aircrewman while he served in the U.S. Navy.
