Tim Lobner

Invitation Homes Executive Vice President of Operations, Tim Lobner, boasts an impressive background in real estate and the U.S. Navy. With experience overseeing the remodeling, turn, maintenance, and procurement of over 80,000 single-family rental homes across 17 U.S. markets, Lobner is recognized as a strategic thought leader and a dedicated champion of customer experience. Lobner played an instrumental role in preparing Invitation Homes for its IPO and the industry's largest merger with competitor Starwood Waypoint Homes. Prior to his current role, Lobner was a Senior Vice President at Trammell Crow Company and a Military Training Officer at Naval Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, IL. Lobner holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago - Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
