    Tim Liu is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in corporate development, business development, and corporate investment across the technology, gaming, and cross-border sectors.

    Currently serving as the Corporate Development Principal at The Pokémon Company International, Tim oversees the management of the Pokémon franchise outside of Asia, encompassing the Trading Card Game, animated TV series, and licensing agreements.

    In his previous role as the Vice-President of Corporate Strategy and Business Development at Activision Blizzard, Tim contributed to various M&A efforts, strategic projects, and corporate planning.

    Before his tenure at Activision Blizzard, Tim held the position of Head of Corporate Development at Lime, a prominent player in the micromobility industry, where he spearheaded strategic partnerships, fundraising activities, and investor relations strategies.

    During his extensive 9-year tenure at Tencent, a leading global online games publisher, Tim served as the Director of Business Development and Strategic Investments. In this role, he successfully closed over 20 investments with Western game developers and platforms, along with securing numerous AAA publishing deals.

    Tim's educational background includes a B.A. in East Asian Studies from Stanford University, where he also studied at the Kyoto - Stanford Center for Technology and Innovation.
