Tim Leschinsky is a highly experienced Senior Executive in IT and Operations with over two decades of experience in the manufacturing and distribution industry. His career credentials span across well-known organizations like Annie's, Columbus Foods, Safeway, and ULTURA (formerly known as APTwater Inc.). As a strategic and decisive thinker, he has led multimillion-dollar IT initiatives that have enhanced enterprise-wide operations, streamlined business processes, and strengthened overall performance.
With his expertise in strategic technology planning, business process optimization, project management, application implementation, and vendor management, Tim has a clear understanding of the commitment and know-how required to maximize the strategic value of technology at all levels of an organization. His technical understanding and business acumen combine effectively to accomplish comprehensive IT architecture design and planning.
He has a BS in Business Administration and Operations Management from Cal State East Bay, College of Business and Economics. Alongside his IT leadership roles, he has also worked as a Technical Consultant and ERP Project Manager at various companies. He was also the Director of Solutions Support at SAP and Director of Partner Solutions Engineering at Nortel, and a Sales Consulting Manager/Principal Sales Consultant at Oracle.
In his previous roles, Tim led successful parallel implementations of new ERP systems, SOX and ITGC controls, and prepared for new supply chain management projects, spearheaded multi-million dollar IT initiatives that upgraded the infrastructure, retrofitted networks, and rolled out business applications across the enterprise, and transformed complex, multi-level IS departments into effective, customer-focused units.
