Tim Leech

Tim Leech is the founder and Managing Director at Risk Oversight Solutions, focusing on promoting and implementing strong management-driven Objective Centric Risk and Certainty Management (#OCRCM).

He has received awards for his contributions to the risk and assurance field from various prestigious institutions and has been recognized for his work in strategy and risk governance by esteemed universities and organizations.

Tim has provided training and advice to numerous major corporations globally and has a strong background in risk management, strategy, and assurance.

From 1991 to 2004, he was the founder and CEO of CARDdecisions Inc., where he developed innovative risk and assurance software solutions, including the world's first integrated risk and assurance software, CARDmap.

Tim's expertise lies in helping organizations transition to modern risk management frameworks, advising and training boards and C-Suites, conducting independent assessments of enterprise risk management effectiveness, and providing expert opinions on strategy and risk oversight due diligence.

Education-wise, he studied MBA in Accounting/Human Resources at McMaster University and Bachelor of Arts in Commerce at the University of Toronto.

Currently, he serves as the Managing Director at Risk Oversight Solutions Inc., building on his extensive experience in the field of risk and assurance.

In the past, Tim has held various leadership roles in organizations like Navigant Consulting, Paisley/Thomson Reuters, CARDdecisions Inc., NCM Control & Security Services Limited, Coopers & Lybrand Consulting, Gulf Canada Resources, and Westinghouse Canada.
