Reported to the Board and the responsible Board member said "I can't believe the change" and "I am deeply impressed by the results delivered in a short period of time."

P&L responsibility for North America business covering 25 facilities in US, Canada and Mexico with total sales over $400 M.  Total business restructuring was completed to consolidate business in 16 facilities.

TI Automotive

VP and General Manager, Fluid Carrying Systems North Am.

Global P&L responsibility over HVAC tube and hose assembly business with 12 facilities, two engineering centers and sales over $210 million. Case studies on the leadership approach and results were featured in the 2012 book Leading Culture Change in Global Organizations.

Vice President - Global HVAC

P&L responsibility for North America business covering nine locations in US and Mexico with total sales over $150 M.  Successfully improved nearly all business measures as a result of a clear HVAC vision, strategy, operating model and cross-functional "business team" approach. Positive work led to promotion to Global HVAC VP.

Vice President and General Manager, North America HVAC

Responsible for sales, engineering and program management of North America fuel systems business (pumps, modules and tanks).  Total sales over $400 Million.

Vice President, North America Fuel Systems

Responsible for quality assurance of North America business covering 27 plants and sales over $1 Billion. Developed and led a "Zero Defect Strategy" that resulted in dramatically improved results due to the well-organized approach covering product design, process design, equipment design, supplier quality and quality systems improvement.  Best practice standards were developed and effectively implemented across all locations and departments.
