Tim Koller

Tim Koller is a partner at McKinsey & Company in New York, leading the Strategy and Corporate Finance practice. With extensive experience in advising on value creation, corporate strategy, investor relations, dividend/share repurchase policy, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), Tim Koller is dedicated to helping companies adopt long-term value creation strategies.

He is a co-author of the renowned books 'Valuation: Measuring and Managing the Value of Companies' and 'Value: The Four Cornerstones of Corporate Finance.' Tim Koller also established McKinsey's hub for financial and capital markets analysis and valuation, in addition to launching McKinsey on Finance, the firm's quarterly corporate finance publication.

Tim frequently shares his financial expertise by lecturing at prestigious business schools like Chicago Booth, Northwestern, Tuck, Columbia, and INSEAD. His educational background includes an MBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago and a B.S. in Economics and Accounting from Loyola Marymount University.
