Tim Kirkwood

Tim Kirkwood is an accomplished professional with an extensive background in real estate finance in Japan. He has held notable positions at top financial institutions and organizations, showcasing a wealth of experience and expertise in the field.

His career began at Wasserstein Perella and Co in New York and Hong Kong from 1993 to 1997. He then moved on to SPO Partners in Bangkok from 1997 to 2000, followed by a tenure at Deutsche Bank in Tokyo from 2000 to 2003. Kirkwood further enriched his experience at Shinsei Bank from 2003 to 2005 and KCA from 2005 to 2011.

Tim Kirkwood pursued his education with a focus on Japanese studies, obtaining a BA from The University of Texas at Austin.
