Tim Kirk is a high-achieving servant leader, a retired U.S. Marine Corps Master Gunnery Sergeant (E-9) turned REALTOR® and Military Relocation Professional (MRP) at Pacific Sotheby's International Realty.

With a deep-rooted passion for helping veterans find employment, Tim combines his expertise in recruiting operations, consultative sales, and real estate to provide top-notch service to clients in Southern California.

Tim's background includes a diverse skill set encompassing strategic planning, leadership, networking, and project management, honed through his extensive military and civilian experience.

His educational journey includes completing an Executive MBA at San Diego State University, a Bachelor of Arts in Management from National University, and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Columbia College.

Tim is actively involved in various organizations, including being a REALTOR®, Military Relocation Professional, and Team Leader at Pacific Sotheby`s International Realty. He is a former Vice Chairman & Co-Founder at Hire Our Heroes and has held leadership positions in human resources, recruiting, and training at the United States Marine Corps.
