Tim Johnson is a highly skilled and experienced enterprise architect and technology strategist with over 25 years of global experience working on multiple industries in both public and private sectors. Johnson has worked for several organizations like HSBC, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, iCare, Diageo, Deloitte, and Macquarie Bank, where he has spearheaded several top-notch strategies, major technology transition programs, and innovative governance frameworks that guarantee business-driven solutions. Johnson's most recent work includes developing and implementing a cutting-edge strategy and enterprise architecture at HSBC Australia, which enabled flexible and scalable bank solutions, including digital retail journeys and integration with capabilities from its FinTech partners by transitioning the organization from traditional IT models to cloud-enabled services.
