Tim Johnson is a professional Facilities Manager at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions with impressive skills and talents. He has gained vast knowledge and expertise in facilities management, planning, and scheduling while working with JLL and USM Services, an Emcor Company. His passion for photography led him to Rochester Institute of Technology, where he studied Photo Management for his Bachelor's degree. Before his exceptional work in Facilities Management, Tim owned and operated Mainline Photo Services, as well as serving as the VP of Operations at Larmon Photo Inc. He is a certified electrician and contractor, having completed a CEU Certificate in 2008 NEC Prep Class.
Tim is currently responsible for five research buildings on Merck's West Point Campus. Using his excellent planning and scheduling abilities, he provides support for Merck Research Labs and ensures the successful implementation of maintenance projects. Tim is also in charge of Merck's safety and compliance programs, ensuring that all facilities under his care meet the company's high standards.
