Tim Joehnk

Tim Joehnk is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in global operations, business development, innovation, and communication. With a Master of Business Administration from Oregon State University and studies in Scandinavian Studies and Musicology at Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel, Tim brings a unique perspective to his work.

Currently serving as the Director of the Northern Germany Innovation Office at WTSH GmbH, Tim is dedicated to connecting companies in Northern Germany with the Silicon Valley, providing trend scouting, business insights, innovation strategy, and networks. Prior to this role, Tim held leadership positions at Plug and Play Tech Center where he focused on European Business Development - Energy and Global Innovation, respectively.

Tim's experience extends beyond business and innovation, with past roles at Massif Games and as Public Relations Manager for vocaldente GbR, a vocal ensemble. Additionally, Tim has conducted research and served as a student assistant at Ernst-Moritz-Arndt University in Greifswald and held a procurement management position at University Hospital Schleswig-Holstein.
