Tim Gasperak is a design executive and facilitator specializing in helping groups navigate complex problems and take purposeful action.
He collaborates with a wide range of public and private organizations, including governments, NGOs, communities, and businesses, to address institutional and social challenges.
Tim employs participatory change approaches like collective sense-making, futures and foresight, transition design, and participatory design methods to empower communities to understand their environment, enhance adaptability, and realize their desired futures.
Some of his notable clients include Fondation Botnar, U.S. Geological Survey, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Kaiser Permanente, and GE Healthcare, among others.
Apart from his consulting work, Tim is actively involved as a board member of the Bateson Idea Group, dedicated to advancing the interdisciplinary concepts of the late Gregory Bateson.
He has a background in Industrial Design from The Ohio State University and has been associated with organizations like Strange Attractor LLC, Adaptive Path, and Bateson Idea Group in various leadership and creative capacities.
