Tim Caulfield is an accomplished IT professional, with a diverse background in leading companies ranging from Fortune 100 to startup. Throughout his career, he has been a catalyst for organizational change, driving M&A, operations, technology, and culture advancements. He has also been recognized for his leadership, being named as the "Most Admired CEO" by the San Diego Business Journal in 2012. 
Currently, as a Vistage Chair, he leads a group of CEOs, business owners, and key executives in piloting growth-mode companies. Using his background in technology and experience in companies ranging in size, he coaches and mentors members to become better leaders and grow their businesses. 
Prior to becoming a Vistage Chair, Tim held several executive positions, including Chief Executive Officer at ANTARA Group, President & CEO at Evoque Data Center Solutions, and Founder and Partner at Capto Consulting. He has also served on the Board of Directors at CyberTECHnetwork.org. 
In addition to his professional experience, Tim has a degree in Environmental Studies from Clark University and an MBA from the University of Oregon - Charles H. Lundquist College of Business. In his free time, he enjoys sailing, skiing, and backpacking.
