He is currently the Head of Technology Development at Transport for London, where he oversees the development of cutting-edge technology solutions to improve the transportation experience for millions of daily passengers.

Before joining Transport for London, Tim Carman worked at NTL and Virgin Media in various roles related to design and development, including Head of Design and Developmen and Head of Development and QA, respectively. With over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, Tim has developed a deep understanding of IT solutions and enterprise systems portfolio management.
