Tim Carl, PhD, is the founder of Napa Valley Features, a platform launched in May 2023 that focuses on enhancing local journalism related to wine, food, the arts, and business in the Napa Valley area. In addition to his role at Napa Valley Features, Tim Carl has been the owner of Tim Carl, LLC since January 2016 and has worked as a freelance photojournalist since 2014, specializing in food, wine, travel, and business. He also has experience as a meditation and fitness instructor at Solage Calistoga from 2014 to 2018. Prior to these roles, he co-founded and served as the managing partner of Knights Bridge Winery from June 2006 to August 2014.1
