Elektronik Serpme is my passion project, born from a desire to create unique, immersive electronic music experiences in Bodrum, Turkey. As founder, I've spearheaded the organization of two successful events:

1. June 15, 2024: Inaugural event at Zay Yalikavak
   - Transformed a traditional breakfast venue with stunning views into a one-day electronic music festival
   - 115 attendees

2. July 13, 2024: Beach party edition at Ruins Beach Club
   - Converted an elegant, luxurious beach into a one-day festival beach party
   - 280 attendees

Mission: To curate exceptional House music experiences in unique Bodrum venues, showcasing quality electronic music while avoiding commercial sounds.

Vision: Establish Elektronik Serpme as a premier boutique music event brand, known for:
- Discovering and highlighting great House music artists
- Transforming unexpected venues into unforgettable party locations
- Blending cutting-edge electronic music with Bodrum's natural beauty

- Implemented a complete restructuring of the company. This began with change management and workshops on organizational structure. There was no formal structure in place when I arrived and I knew this had to change if the company were to sustain their impressive growth.
- Introduced sprints for the marketing team, and put goals and KPIs in place. This helped the team find focus and motivated them to achieve results.
- Brought in a variety of tools. Notion for knowledge management, ShipUp for order tracking, Fellow for more productive meetings, and Elevar for analytics. These tools are still used successfully today.

Rentals United is a channel manager for the short term rentals industry founded in 2015. They help property managers advertise properties on 60+ online travel sites, and keep prices, calendars and information in sync.

While consulting for Rentals United, I worked on a number of projects. I gathered data and built dashboards with databox. This allowed C levels to have data on their mobile applications and teams to get a better view of the health of the company. 

I also put together a "growth squad" of 6 team members. Together, we designed a chatbot to reduce the number of customer support tickets and the average response time.
