Before joining Form Energy, Tim was an entrepreneur in the factory technology sector, emphasizing robotics and artificial intelligence. He served as the director and COO at Hubotics, a company dedicated to enhancing the human experience in manufacturing. Prior to that, he spent nearly two decades at Toyota North America in various operations and engineering roles, which instilled in him a strong appreciation for continuous improvement and respect for people.
