Tim Brown

Timothy B. Brown is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the consumer goods, pharmaceutical, and infant nutrition industries. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Evolve BioSystems, Inc. from August 2017 to November 2021, after joining the company as Chief Operating Officer in May 2016.123 Evolve BioSystems is a microbiome company focused on developing products to restore and maintain a healthy gut microbiome, particularly for infants.12

Before his tenure at Evolve BioSystems, Brown held several leadership roles at Mead Johnson Nutrition and Procter & Gamble. At Mead Johnson, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager for South Asia and North America, where he successfully turned around major business units and drove strategic growth initiatives.3 At Procter & Gamble, he managed large-scale operations in pharmaceuticals and personal healthcare, including overseeing a $1.5 billion division in North America.3

Brown is a graduate of Cornell University, where he earned both a BA and an MBA. He also served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy.23 Currently, he holds board positions with organizations such as Helaina and Group B Labs, leveraging his expertise in strategic leadership and innovation.3
