Tilman Kneepkens is an accomplished professional with experience in technical recruiting, entrepreneurship, and business administration. He attended Loyola Marymount University and Lehigh University College of Business and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, specializing in Business Law. He has worked with a range of companies, including Atrium, Ohmygreen, and Internet Brands, in positions such as Senior Technical Recruiter and Corporate Recruiter - Tech. Tilman also established several businesses, including Fibonacci Sequence Inc. and Superfood Box. He is currently the owner and CEO of Passive, his latest venture.

In his free time, Tilman enjoys various physical activities, including soccer, basketball, yoga, and hiking. He is also a fan of attending shows, reading, and playing tennis. Tilman's diverse background has given him a unique perspective that he applies in his personal and professional life.
