Tilman Bauer

Tilman Bauer is a Peace Researcher and a Doctoral Candidate at Aalto University School of Business, focusing on the intersection of business and peace to promote holistic peace in society. He aspires to drive positive social impact and sustainability through ethical business practices. Previously, Tilman worked as an assistant to the CEO at Autarkia GmbH, a company dedicated to mainstreaming sustainability through innovative events such as the Green World Tour. With a diverse educational background spanning international peace studies, corporate social responsibility, and sustainability, Tilman aims to guide companies towards responsible business practices. Fluent in Finnish, German, and English, Tilman also has conversational skills in French and Spanish, with a budding interest in Russian and Dutch. Having lived in ten countries across five continents and traveled extensively, Tilman brings a global perspective to his work.
