Tiffany West is a mission-oriented strategic planning executive with over 15 years of experience in Fortune 500 companies and global non-profit organizations. She has a strong background in leading digital start-ups, branding, strategy, community management, and sustainability-focused teams. Tiffany excels at bridging the gap between business and public sectors to drive change and revenue for mission-based organizations. She is skilled at synthesizing divergent viewpoints among leadership teams, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing thought leadership among partners. Tiffany holds an AB from Stanford University and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles - The Anderson School of Management. She is the Co-Founder of Ascent Leadership Networks, LLC, and has held key roles at the World Economic Forum, including Head of Digital Business Development, Director of Engaging Tomorrow's Consumer Project, Director of Agriculture, Food and Beverage Community, and Director of Programme Development Team. Prior to that, she gained experience as an Associate Brand Manager at The Walt Disney Company and as a Marketing Associate at General Mills, Inc.
