Tiffany Persons is a renowned figure in the advertising industry and a humanitarian at heart. She founded Tiffany Company Casting in 2005 and has since then casted for several global brands such as Nike, Apple, Google, and Facebook. Tiffany is a fervent advocate for empowering the citizens of Sierra Leone, and through Shine On Sierra Leone, she has spearheaded numerous groundbreaking programs in education, healthcare, agriculture, and sustainability. She now leads trainings on Black culture in media and recruits diverse talent at David&Goliath Ad Agency with the goal of changing the conversation about minority groups in marketing. Tiffany studied film at Georgia State University and lives in Topanga Canyon with her partner, November, and daughter.
