Tiffany Hu is an MD/MSCR candidate at the University of Michigan who focuses on improving patient care and addressing social determinants of health. Utilizing her background and expertise, Tiffany works on health services research aimed at exploring the relationship between patient decisions, health policy, and health disparities.

Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology & Neurobiology, Summa Cum Laude from the University of Maryland College Park. She also holds a Master of Science in Clinical Research and is pursuing a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Michigan Medical School.

Aside from her academic pursuits, Tiffany has a diverse range of experiences in various organizations. She has worked as a tutor for the Office of Medical Student Education at the University of Michigan Medical School, an MCAT instructor at Kaplan Test Prep, and a research intern at the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research. She has also worked as a piano teacher and an undergraduate teaching assistant. Tiffany was also an Environment & Health Intern at Physicians for Social Responsibility and a Summer Research Intern at the National Cancer Institute.
