Tiffany Gonzalez is a talented and passionate individual with a diverse background in business, recruitment, and human resources.

Born and raised in Augusta, Georgia to a military family, Tiffany learned essential skills like vision, prioritization, discipline, and drive from a young age.

She obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Business Economics from Georgia State University in 2013.

Tiffany's career journey led her to roles in sales, marketing, team management, and HR at various companies including Cydcor's DMC Atlanta, Inc., Hawkscorp Consulting, Inc., Randstad Engineering, MDI Group, and currently as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ARAUCO - North America.

Her experience as a Technical Recruiter sharpened her skills and paved the way for her current position, where she scouts and develops talented individuals for mutual success.
